During a viewing, Garrington facilitated discussions between both parties, reassuring the vendor of the clients’ genuine commitment to the purchase. As a result, the vendor agreed to halt future viewings with other prospective buyers, and a mutually beneficial timescale was established. This led to a swift exchange with a delayed completion that suited both parties.
